Scope of ServiceI. Lawn Maintenance: Our "All Inclusive" program of lawn maintenance includes, but is not limited to:
- Fertilization - All turf areas will receive the appropriate blend of fertilizers twice per year. (Schedule)
- Mowing - Grass will be mowed weekly during the growing season and as requested during the dormant season. Grass will be maintained per specified industry standards.
- Trimming - All obstacles will be trimmed using a string trimmer at each visit to ensure a crisp, manicured look.
- Edging - All concrete and beds will be edged using vertical blade edgers with every other mowing or as needed.
- Pruning/Trimming - All Schrubs, Bushes and Trees will be maintained throughout the year as needed.
- Clean-up - The entire property will be blown and all debris generated will be removed from property.
